Carola Niederhauzer

Miss Carola is the Vice-Chairperson and Director In – Charge of Financial Literacy Program & Sustainability at iLeap. She works towards shaping and development of the organization’s international interculturalism brand. As the Head of iLeap International (Switzerland), she actively engages institutions, civil society groups & volunteers in support of profile building, fundraising and advocacy.

She works directly with the Chairperson to ensure that measures such as audits, reviews and capacity strengthening are taken to protect and develop viability, integrity, gender equity and reputation of the iLeap agenda.

Miss Carola has more than 10 years of experience in the financial sector and is working at the Alternative Bank – a Value-based bank in Switzerland. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Bern University of Applied Sciences, with a Major in “Management in Practice”. Furthermore, she completed a Certificate of Advanced studies in Economics.

Miss Carola designs financial literacy training manuals and supervise implementation for the Ghana Office. After doing a week internship with the ILeap, Miss Carola decided to become an active member. Since joining the Infrastructure Leap in August 2022, she had devoted immense time to uphold its values, vision and mission.
